CIRCULAR DATED MARCH 31, 1995

ON THE DUE DATE OF SUBMISSION OF THE COMMERCIAL BANKS’ REPORT

TO THE NATIONAL BANK OF CAMBODIA

To ensure that all the commercial banks’ reports shall be submitted to the National Bank of Cambodia by the due date, the following dead lines are set for each report:

1- Reporting dates:

1.1- Riels Cash Statement report shall be due every Tuesday,

1.2- Required Reserve Report, shall be submitted in accordance to the schedule established by circular 794-001 dated 30-12-1994 (Base Period, Maintenance and reporting dates Work Sheet).

1.3- Monthly Reports:

1.3.1-Statement of Assets and Liabilities shall be due on the 10th of each month.

1.3.2-The reports that are due by the 15th of each month:

1.3.2.1-Financial Position Report.

1.3.2.2-Income and expenditure Report.

1.3.2.3-Credit Granted by Type of Business Undertaking.

1.3.2.4-Credit granted by type of Customer

1.3.2.5-Total Deposits

1.3.2.6-Total Deposits Classified by Type of Customer

1.3.2.7-Interest Rates report on Deposits and Loans.

1.3.2.8-Calculation of Foreign Exchange position and Calculation of Net Worth.

1.4-Bad and Doubtful Debts shall be due on the 15th of January, April, July and October.

1.5-Financial Statements and Auditors Report shall be use by 31 March of each year.

1.6-Annual Report of Board of Directors shall be due by 30 May of each year.

2-If the stated due date fails on Public holiday or National day, the due date shall be changed to the next working day.

3- All the reports shall be submitted to:

Bank Supervision and Examination Department, National Bank of Cambodia.

The reports for Research Department are also required to submit to Bank Supervision Department for distribution.

4-This Circular is effective as of the date of signing.
