ON THE CREATION OF COMMITTEE OF ARRANGEMENTS OF DISPUTES RELATING TO THE CIVIL SERVICE

The Royal Government,
upon the proposal of the Secretary of State of the Civil Service;
decides
Article 1:
It is decided that there shall be created a permanent committee named: "The committee of arrangement of disputes relating to the civil service.’’
Article 2:
The composition of this committee shall be the following:
Article 3:
This committee shall be tasked to settle disputes that concern civil service management, namely, monitoring training commitments, permanent employment, promotion, or disciplinary sanctions of civil servants, their transfer, payments, etc. ...
Article 4:
This committee has the right to invite the representative of the institution concerned to provide, if necessary, an explanation.
Article 5:
The committee shall receive instructions of its President for its functioning. The committee shall sit within the Secretariat of State of the Civil Service and shall have the right to use the seal of the latter.
Article 6:
The Co-Ministers in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers and the Secretaries of State as well as civil servants mentioned in the Article 2 shall enforce this Anukret pursuant to their respective functions from the date of its signature.
