ON THE MODIFICATION OF THE SYSTEM OF WAGES OF THE RCAF

The Royal Government,

upon the proposal of the Ministry of Defense;

decides:

Article 1:

The usage of the base salary regime of RCAF applicable to the following ranks subdivided into 20 levels shall be authorized:

Article 2:

The allocation for rations for RCAF shall be a partial remuneration intended for purchase at the market of the nutrient equivalent to 2,966 calories. Temporarily, the allocation shall be fixed at 900 Riels per person, not including the price of 0.75 kg of rice per day per person, which will be paid separately.

Article 3:

The premium for remote regions shall be 1,500 Riels per month. The RCAF personnel that are stationed in the territory shall be subject to the same regime as other State civil servants.

Article 4:

Premiums for civil servants of RCAF assigned to special categories shall be the following:

  1. truck drivers: 1,500 Riels per person per month
  2. plane pilots: 1,300 Riels per person per month
  3. sailors: 1,100 Riels per person per month
  4. tank drivers: 1,000 Riels per person per month
  5. army engineers: 900 Riels per person per month

Article 5:

The pay scale for categories and ranks of personnel of bodies of laborers of the Ministry of Defense, linked to service needs and technical capacities shall be determined as follows:

Article 6:

Premiums for families:

Article 7:

The allocation provided to militias by the Ministry of Defense shall be the following:

  1. A defense and operations militiaman shall receive a daily nutritional regimen identical to that of a soldier and shall also receive a sum to buy rice for himself,
  2. the militiaman of the Khum shall receive a sum to buy 18 kg of rice and 2 kg of salt each month.

Article 8:

All provisions contrary to this Anukret are hereby repealed.

Article 9:

The Co-Ministers of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Co-Ministers of Defense, the Minister of Economy and Finance as well as Ministries and institutions concerned shall be in charge of the implementation of the this Anukret.
