ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ROYAL GOVERNMENT

having seen the 1993 Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia;

having seen the results of the Legislative Election on July 26, 1998;

having seen Kret NS-RKT-1198-065 dated November 25, 1998 on the designation of the Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia;

having seen Kram NS-RKM-0794-002 dated July 20, 1994 on the organization and functioning of the Council of Ministers;

having seen the results of the vote of the National Assembly of November 30, 1998 on the composition of the Royal Government of Cambodia;

upon the proposal of the Prime Minister nominated on November 30, 1998;

order:

Article 1:

There is hereby ended the functions of the preceding Government, nominated by Kret dated November 1, 1993 and modified by Krets NS-RKT-1094-083 dated October 24, 1994, NS-RKT-1094-090 dated October 31, 1994, and CSRKT-0897-147 dated August 7, 1997.

Article 2:
