ON BORDER ENTRANCES AND THE ONE-STOP-SERVICE FOR FOREIGNERS

The Co-Ministers of Interior,

Having seen the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia;

Having seen the Kret of His Majesty Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk Varman, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia dated . November 1, 1993 on the Appointment of the Royal Government of Cambodia;

Having seen the Law on the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers, promulgated by Kram dated July 20, 1994;

Having seen the Anukret No. 16 A.N.Kr. dated December 20, 1993 on the Organization and Functioning of the Ministry of Interior;

Having seen the Law on Immigration promulgated by Preah Reach Kram dated September 22, 1994; and

Pursuant to the needs of the ministry;

Hereby decided:

Article 1:

To define the followings as International Border Entrances:

Pochentong International Airport
Phnom Penh International Port
Sihanoukville International Seaport
Bavet (National Road 1), Land border entrance,
Tonle Mekong, Khaorm Sam Nor, Koh Roka, waterway border entrance
Phnom Din (National Road 2), Land border entrance

Article 2:

Aside from the above listed international border entrances, other border entrances and regional border entrances shall be defined in separate bilateral agreements.

Article 3:

All foreigners who plan to enter in the Kingdom of Cambodia through the One-Stop-Service shall proceed to the international border entrance as defined in this declaration or in their visa which has approved by the competent authority of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

They shall present passport or any equivalent travel document and other relevant credentials to the competent authority at the border entrance.

Article 4:

The formalities of the One-Stop-Service at bilateral border entrances or other border entrances shall be defined in separate bilateral agreements.

Article 5:

The Director of Cabinet, the General Director of National Police, the General Director of Administration and other concerned units of the Ministry of Interior shall implement this declaration from the date of its signature.
