ANUKRET DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1994

ON THE DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO SIGN ON

LAND OWNERSHIP, TRANSFER OF LAND OWNERSHIP, AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTIONS IN PHNOM PENH

Royal Government of Cambodia,

having seen the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia;
having seen the Kram of His Majesty the King of Cambodia, Samdech Preah NORODOM SIHANOUK VARMAN, dated November 1, 1993 on the appointment of the Royal Government of Cambodia; and

Responding to the utmost needs;

It is hereby decided:

Article 1:

H.E. the Royal Governmental Delegate to the Phnom Penh Municipality shall have the right to sign on land ownership, land transfer, and building construction in Phnom Penh.

Article 2:

In the event of his absence, he shall delegate such authority to sign to any Deputy Delegate.

Article 3:

Any provision contrary to this Sub-Decree shall be annulled.

Article 4:

The Co-ministers in charge of the Cabinet of the Council of Minister, Ministers, Secretaries of State of relevant ministries or Institutions, and the Royal Governmental Delegate to the Phnom Penh Municipality shall implement this Sub-Decree from the date of its signatures.
