Royal Government of Cambodia,

• Having seen the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia;
• Having seen the Kret of His Majesty the King of Cambodia, Samdech Preah NORODOM SIHANOUK VARMAN, dated September 24, 1993 on the Appointment of the Co-Prime Ministers of the Royal Government of Cambodia;
• Having seen the Kret of His Majesty the Kingdom of Cambodia, Samdech Preach NORODOM SIHANOUK VARMAN, dated November 1, 1993 on the Formation of the Royal Government;
• Having seen the Kret dated July 14, 1993 on the Creation of the Ministry of Defense and the General staff of the National Armed Forces of Cambodia; and

Pursuant to the proposal of the Co-ministers of National Defense;

It is hereby decided:

Article 1:

To create the following institutions under the jurisdiction of the Co-ministers of National Defense:

• Cabinet of Civilian Affairs
• Cabinet of Military Affairs
• Department of Pension
• Department of Logistics
• Department of Engineering
• Department of "Carburant"
• Department of Posts
• Department of Health
• Veterinarian Department

Article 2:

The above institutions have been created according to the modification of the administrative structures of the Cabinet of the Civil and Military Affairs and the Department of Logistics of the Ministry of Defense.

Article 3:

The Co-ministers in charge of the Cabinet of the Council of Minister, the Co-ministers of National Defense, the Commander of the General Staff of the Royal Khmer Armed Forces and other relevant Ministries shall implement this Anukret from the date of its signature.
